Happy Easter! Frohe Ostern! Boldog Husvet!

However you say it, I hope all of our readers had a beautiful Easter. We've had a nice day, although the weather itself has been lacking (wet and cold). On the plus side, we had two beautiful sunny days in SG, visiting with the cousins and taking in the sights of arts fest.

Actually, I should clarify: after one swift loop around the exhibits (the only real stop was to say hi to Dan's aunt and uncle--his uncle does beautiful watercolors), the main attraction at arts fest was the kettle corn and snow cones. Trisha bought the girls matching dresses, so day 1 meant they had to stay out of the water. However, on day 2, armed with swim suits, the kids splashed to their hearts content while the grownups ate all of Aaron's kettle corn. (Well, and the kids helped).

Yesterday, we braved the local Easter Egg hunt because Andrew desperately wanted to go to one. (We had another one outside the condo with just the cousins. Apparently Maggie is quite the little Easter Egg finder). We don't have pictures of any of this, because we left our camera at the Pizza Factory at lunch on Friday (luckily, they still had it when we called Saturday afternoon).

And here are the kids in their Easter outfits. Andrew had to give a talk in primary today--his first--and he was unaccountably stricken by nerves just before. (Some of this had to do with his best friend Ike going home after sacrament meeting to visit with a grandma). For a good five minutes, he maintained that he was scared--but when the time came, he went right up and breezed through it. I had to prompt him some, but he did a great job.

Enjoy your evening--and your week. It's the last week of classes for us and we're hoping Spring finally settles in to stay.
