After last-week's fun filled vacation, this week was more about readjusting to our regular life, with a couple of twists.
Dan was helping organize the science fair, which took place on Friday and necessitated more than one late night in his office last week. Meanwhile, I'd agreed to organize critiques for Writing for Charity, which took place yesterday, in Layton. This also necessitated more than one late night! Needless to say, it made our regular week a little crazy.
On the plus side, Dan and the kids reportedly had a lot of fun playing with cousins in sunny SG yesterday while I was gone, and I enjoyed the chance to learn and reconnect with writer friends at my conference. (However, I'm glad to be home again).
Here's hoping this week is less crazy than last.
